Discover practical strategies to stay on top of your work and life. The ADHD Learning Circle allows you to connect and learn with others who “get it” and share similar experiences to your own. Here you will unlock your understanding of YOUR unique thinking patterns and learn to advocate for your needs.
Learning About Action Learning & ADHD
3 Sessions – 2 Hours Each
In our first session, we will design our alliance for working together i.e. our commitment to each other and how to make the group a safe, non judgemental place. I will also give a more detailed explanation of Action Learning.
After this we will meet twice more to explore each person’s individual ADHD issues and practice skills involved in Action Learning coaching. Everyone will have a chance to be coached personally and there will plenty of opportunity to practice coaching with others in the group.
In depth Coaching
5 Sessions – 2 Hours Each
For the next 5 sessions one person will share the situation/topic they would most like help with. We will coach them -“the many to one”- to help them explore and build their relationship to their ADHD topic. There will be opportunity for each person to be coached in this way once over the course of the programme.
The final session is devoted to a review and an opportunity to decide what comes next for you and for the group. Some groups choose to carry on meeting and there are ways that I can facilitate this for greater success.

With group coaching the success of the experience depends on everyone’s equal participation over all the sessions. Your commitment would therefore be for 9 online meetings.
