Action learning, also known as “Many to 1” or peer-based coaching, is a powerful group coaching method. It involves working with a coach facilitator and a group of peers to provide coaching support on individual issues or situations. Members take turns coaching one another over several months, helping each person find solutions and learn from their experiences.
